Management and Business Academy Organisational Change and Culture 19-20 February, 2016 Venue: Brunel University London The Management and Business Academy (MBAcademy) is delighted to welcome you our Organisational Change and Culture annual conference. The aim of MBAcademy is to bring together both academic and professional researchers, scholars and students to exchange and share their research results about all aspects related to Organisational Change and Culture. In order to support and encourage interdisciplinary engagement, it is our intention to create the possibility of starting dialogues between the parallel events running during this conference. Delegates are welcome to attend up to two sessions in each of the concurrent conferences. We also propose to produce cross-over sessions between these groups. What to Send Proposals will also be considered on any related theme. Between 200 to 250 word proposals should be submitted by Friday 1st January 2016. You will be notified whether your abstract is accepted or not by Friday 29th of January. All Abstracts and Full papers (not more than 3000 words) will be published in Organisational Studies and Innovation Review(E-ISSN:2056-2256 and P-ISSN: 2059-2264). Selected high quality papers will be asked to be developed (around 6000 words) and sent to Journal Organisational Studies and Innovation (Indexed in EBSCO, General Impact factor, International Scientific Indexing, Advanced Scientific Index, Cite factor, DRJI, and SIS) All abstracts will go through double blind peer review. Please use plain text (Times Roman 12) and abstain from using any special formatting, characters or emphasis (such as bold, italics or underline). We acknowledge receipt and answer to all proposals submitted. If you do not receive a reply from us in a week you should assume we did not receive your proposal; it might be lost in cyberspace!
