Management and Business Academy MBAcademy International Business Conference April 21-23 2027 Venue: Dubai, United Arab Emirates The Management and Business Academy (MBAcademy), in partnership with London South Bank University UAE (LSBU UAE), is delighted to welcome you to the MBAcademy International Business Conference, taking place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 21–23 April 2027.The conference aims to bring together academics, practitioners, researchers, scholars and students to present their research, exchange knowledge and explore emerging developments across business, management and marketing. To encourage interdisciplinary engagement, the conference will feature parallel streams, cross-disciplinary discussions and collaborative sessions. Delegates will be welcome to attend sessions outside their primary conference stream, creating opportunities to exchange ideas and establish connections with participants from different academic and professional backgrounds. What to Send We invite abstracts addressing any of the conference themes or other relevant topics within the broader fields of business, management and marketing.Abstracts should be between 300 and 350 words and submitted by the specified submission deadline. Authors will normally be informed of the outcome within two weeks of submission. All abstracts will be evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process. Submissions should be prepared in clear English using Times New Roman, 12-point font, without unnecessary formatting. The authors’ names and affiliations should not appear in the abstract document submitted for review. We will acknowledge receipt of all submissions. If you do not receive confirmation within seven days, please contact us or resubmit your abstract, as it may not have been received successfully. Publication Opportunities Authors of selected conference papers may be invited to develop and submit their full manuscripts for consideration in the conference’s associated journal special issues, including the Journal of Organisational Studies and Innovation (JOSI). JOSI is a double-blind, peer-reviewed academic journal publishing high-quality research articles, conceptual papers, literature reviews and case studies. Full papers submitted to JOSI should be between 6,000 and 8,000 words, excluding tables, figures and references, and must comply with the journal’s submission guidelines. All manuscripts will be subject to the journal’s standard editorial assessment and peer-review process; therefore, an invitation to submit does not guarantee publication. There will be no publication fee for accepted papers where the authors have completed their conference registration.
